Virginia Association of Railway Patrons Modern Transportation for the Virginias Annual Meeting of the Virginia Association of Railway Patrons Saturday, April 1 Joe Theismann’s Restaurant Diagonal Road Alexandria, VA (across from the King Street Metro station, which is adjacent to the Amtrak station) 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (the restaurant opens at 11) This is a lunch meeting. The cost is $22, which includes your order off Theismann’s special lunch party menu and pays for the other meeting expenses.
